The Amana French door refrigerators are some of their most expensive refrigeration appliances. The cheapest ones cost 1600 dollars, and they range up to 2200 dollars for the top models. Spending the extra money on expensive French door refrigerators from Amana will gain you some extra freezer shelves, and some additional features and functionality lacking in the cheaper refrigerators.
